Effective January 24th, 2006 the sale of Smart Solution was successfully completed and Iean Tait became the new owner and CEO of Smart Solution. Mr. Tait is also the owner of Zetetic Data Systems Limited and the combined organizations now provide services to over 75 financial institutions across Canada and the Caribbean. All current staff will be retained and the companies will continue to provide the friendly services their customers have become accustomed to.

The main system architects from both companies have also agreed to use their years of experience to provide guidance and input on the new banking platform which will ensure that the final product will be one of the most functional solutions in the market.
